Coffee Colombia Rio Magdalena from Escobar is the real winner. The note of taste, aroma reveals the taste of caramel, citrus fruits, dates and raisins.
It is excellent in combination with milk or for making cappuccino.
Is named after the Rio Magdalena River. To the southwest of Colombia lies the province of Huila and the Rio Magdalena River winds through the entire province. Huila province is a vibrant agricultural activity because of its average annual temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius and the land contains a real wealth of minerals.
Coffee plantations wind here from the river banks up the slopes of the mountains. Coffee thrives here in the shade of large trees. And it comes from several plantations at an altitude of 1450m-1600m. Coffee is picked by hand. The coffee harvest season is from April to September. This is followed by wet processing, in which fermentation takes place. Parchment cofee is washed with clean mountain water. This is followed by drying in the sun, in concrete yards.
