Manduka eKO® Lite Yoga Mat LONG (200 cm) is a yoga mat made of 100% natural rubber. Manduka rubber does not originate from Amazonian tree species and does not destroy rainforests, not rare tree species. The top layer is slightly ribbed, which further improves the already excellent grip and has closed cells.

Is a longer version of the classic eKO Lite yoga mat. For demanding yogis and for all styles of yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power yoga, Iyengar yoga…).

Manduka eKO® Lite Yoga Mat LONG (200 cm) is made of natural rubber, so the smell of rubber is not excluded. Natural rubber is a natural material and is not UV resistant, i.e. it is sensitive to sunlight. Also, the rubber ages, becoming inflexible if not used. Natural rubber can get shades of stains due to the influence of light.

Manduka eKO® Lite Yoga Mat LONG (200 cm), marbled and striped colors are handmade and have unique patterns. We cannot guarantee that the pattern on the yoga mat will fit the picture perfectly.

Maintenance and storage yoga mat

It is recommended that you always bend it from the outside outwards - so that the yoga mat does not bend. Do not expose the mat to direct sunlight, do not leave it in a warm and dry place, do not leave it in the car in the sun (this applies to all yoga mats).

After practicing yoga, when the yoga mat is wet and damp from sweat or water, be sure to dry the mat before wrapping it. Spread the rug on the floor or hang it to dry completely, then roll it up.

Cleaning yoga mat

Clean the Manduka yoga mats from the eKO series (these are yoga mats made of natural rubber) with cold water. It is recommended to use a mixture of 50/50 water and apple cider vinegar. Even better if you use a natural rubber yoga mat cleaner. Then you have to dry it well.

Never wash the Manduka Eco Lite yoga mat in the washing machine, shower it or vacuum it. Do not use soaps or detergents!
