Meditation pillow 15 cm high allows relaxed sitting in the lotus, half-lotus or kneeling position. The outer cover is made of soft, comfortable 100% organic cotton and is washable. The filling are spelt husks from organic production.
Spelt husks naturally regulate temperature and "breathe" perfectly, and are resistant to mites.

How to clean a meditation pillow
Bolster cover for yoga LotusCrafts is machine washable at lower temperatures (30 degrees). Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry. No ironing required.

Enostavno nastaviti na želeno višino, tako da odstranite nekaj polnila iz notranjega kovčka. Mislim, da so zelo dobro narejeni, iz kakovostnih materialov in pričakujem, da jih bom uporabljal še veliko let.
